Shipping, Delivery and Returns Policy

Turnaround Time

  • In-Stock Items (Warehouse Ready): Orders for equipment available in our warehouse will be processed and shipped within 72 hours (Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM).
  • Made-to-Order & Custom Items: Custom-built equipment and items with special color finishes (e.g., blue, pink, etc.) require 8–15 weeks for fabrication and shipping. These items are built specifically to your request and are not kept in regular stock.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

 

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

At Elite Pro Fitness, we stand behind every sale. We only sell products we would use ourselves. We offer a full 30 day window from the date of purchase for a return/exchange on any new and unused item. Returned items must include original packaging. Items must be in new condition. Please note that any wear and tear from use will prevent your item for qualifying for a refund. We will evaluate the items to ensure new condition before processing the refund. With the exception of shipping errors, damages, or defective products, all shipping costs back to us are the responsibility of the customer. Any shipping charges (to AND from) that were incurred on the order are non-refundable, and will be deducted from your total refund.

If you receive a defective product within the first 30 days, Elite Pro will refund the original purchase price, as well as provide return shipping. Defective products must be reported within 30 days. Customers will be asked to provide photographs that provide a clear image of the quality issue in question. We reserve the right to first attempt to repair or replace any defective or damaged products instead of issuing refund. If we are unable to repair or replace, option 2 would be to issue the refund.

Shipping & Fabrication Time
Due to high demand and current fabrication constraints, please allow 8-15 weeks for processing, production, and shipping of your order. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver top-quality equipment made to your specifications.

Custom Color Orders
Please note that custom color selections (e.g., blue, pink, etc.) are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items are not typically stocked in our gym inventory and may incur longer lead times.

Order Changes, Cancellations & Returns

Refunds for returned items will be issued at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, using the original method of payment.

  • Cash Purchases: Refunds will be issued by company check from our Corporate Headquarters within 30 days.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original delivery, set-up, shipping, pick-up, and handling charges are non-refundable.

Restocking & Cancellation Fees

  • Orders valued under $50,000: A 25% restocking fee applies to any cancelled or returned standard items.

  • Orders valued $50,000 or more: A 50% restocking fee applies to any cancelled or returned standard items.

  • Custom-made or special color orders: A 25% cancellation fee will apply if cancelled after production has begun. Once shipped, these items cannot be returned or refunded.

Payment Processing Fees

For all credit and debit card transactions, a non-refundable payment processing fee of 3% is charged by our third-party payment processor at the time the payment is completed.

Elite Pro Fitness absorbs this processing fee on behalf of the customer at the time of purchase, and it is not charged separately during checkout. However, in the event of an order cancellation or refund, this 3% payment processing fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount, as it is retained by the payment processor and cannot be recovered by Elite Pro Fitness.

Refunds issued for canceled or returned orders will reflect the net amount received by Elite Pro Fitness after payment processing fees have been applied.

Example:
If an order totaling $1,000 is placed using a credit or debit card, a 3% payment processing fee ($30) is charged by the payment processor. Elite Pro Fitness receives $970 for the transaction.
If the order is canceled and qualifies for a refund, the refundable amount will be $970, as the $30 processing fee is non-refundable and retained by the payment processor.

Exchanges

If your original Purchase item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different Item. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping or Pick up and Delivery Fee.
