I ordered the fts power rack directly from the web site. At first I was a little skeptical because of the wait time but from the beginning/purchase to the end/receiving it I had gotten great customer service. They are quick to replay to calls or text messages and frequently sent me updates. When I got the equipment I was very surprised as to how heavy and thick the cage and equipment was. Its definitely worth the wait time and the money. I have no regrets on my purchase. Also another thing to note is that the paper directions are very intimidating for assembling but you can find a full step by step instructional video on YouTube. That help me a lot. I spent 3 hours start to finish to build it.

I’ve been training for 24 years and have been to many gyms. I can honestly say the FTS2 XL has everything you need to do a full body workout and switch it up from week to week. The width of the rack allows you to get that full stretch when doing cable flys as well as rear delt exercises. My rack did take a while to come in but it was well worth the wait. Mr. John was a man of his word and gave me the leg extension attachment for free for the rack being delayed. The rack is very well made and built to last. Thanks for everything Mr. John
